Yoga Teacher Training:

A 200 Hour Yoga Alliance Certified Yoga Teacher Training Certificate program is offered by Danyasa which are guided by the experienced teacher Sofiah Thom. This program is for both teachers and students and it’s mission is to teach the participant how to live artfully and to  in yoga, immerse own-self in leadership and embodiment as a way of life. Maximum 24 people can join the program together so it is necessary to reserve early. This program covers: Yoga Therapeutics, Leadership and Holding the Seat of the Teacher, Anatomy of Yoga postures, Foundational Prenatal Yoga, The Business of Yoga and Opening a Studio, Ethics and Law of Yoga, Yoga Alliance, Body Reading etc. This training program includes: Daily Delicious and Healthy Breakfast and Lunch (except on days off), Yoga Teacher Training Manual, and One Waterfall Excursion.

Bamboo Yoga Play Studio:

Bamboo Yoga Play Studio is a magical space for learning yoga, enjoy dancing and movement arts. It is just three hours south of San Jose and two hours from the tip of the Osa Peninsula. This 1200 square foot studio is constructed with beautiful bamboo floor, and surrounded by the Baru River and lush mountains. The studio has eco-friendly accommodations which have been built from recycled shipping containers. Guests will enjoy practicing yoga or other movement techniques in this spot as it is fill with natural light and fresh air. In this place while practicing yoga practitioners will find birds and butterflies flying all around and iguanas playing outside the netting which make the whole environment heavenly. The studio includes other amenities including art sound system, Yoga play swings, a wall mirrors, and different types of yoga props, blankets and bolsters.


Danyasa offers different types of healing program, yoga teacher training session, dancing workshops, yoga and surf packages, Dominical adventure tour (including horseback riding to Nauyaca Waterfall, Canopy Tour at Hacienda Barú National Wildlife Refuge, Ocean Kayaking, Kayaking in Mangroves, Snorkel Tour to Caño Island, Canyoning Tour), Private Sessions (including Bodywork and Mentoring with Astraya, Temple Fusion Dance with Sofia, Dance with Nicole).
