If you are a Yoga lover as well as love to dive then this retreat is perfect for you. You will get the opportunity to explore the beauty of Caribbean and also the uniqueness of the little breathtaking Island of Tobago, which is only 7 miles wide but has the oldest rainforest in the Western hemisphere. Tobago is also known as “the Galapagos of the West Indies.” Adventure Yogi is located off the coast of Venezuela in South America and dwarfed by its sister Island Trinidad. You can have a memorable experience a week of Yoga, diving, relaxation in this magical place.

Accommodation:

Yoga will stay at a friendly and small hotel for your relaxed and sunshine filled yoga and diving holiday. This hotel is decorated with teak wood and set amidst an oasis of lush tropical gardens. You can choose a twin room around the garden or can choose a single cabana round the pool. Whichever you chose you will have en suite bathrooms and air conditioning.

Activities:

Tobago is a great destination for non-divers and divers. You can either take a  stroll to Store Bay Beach or simply get relaxed  around the fresh water pool or walk just a little further to the famous Pigeon Point Beach where your white sandy beach awaits. You will get the opportunity to explore the wildlife of the Tobago Forest which claims to be the oldest protected forests in the Western world. The nutrient rich waters surrounding Tobago attract a wide variety of coral and fish life. You can also see Morays and Nurse Shark.
