Yoga and Diving Retreat:

If you are interested in diving then you can combine it with our yoga holiday and learn how to dive. We do practice for uniting our body, mind and soul and reach a meditative state. Through diving we can reach a meditative state. If you combine Yoga and diving then it will help you understand what meditation is and to apply it in your daily life. If you enjoy diving it will take you to a meditative state and you will feel peace and interconnection with nature. You will stay at the present moment. When you will be in midwater you will experience near zero gravity. This meditative tendency will help you to understand meditation better.

Practicing Yoga helps to control over breathing and to unite our mind and body. And if you learn the proper technique of breathing you will breathe better underwater and thus will improve your air-consumption. You will also learn how to refine your buoyancy through breathing properly underwater and being relaxed and if you learn to relax  underwater while diving and breathing slow and rhythmically and with good buoyancy then it will be easier to enter a meditative state of mind.
